... WOW this thread went off topic. No wonder nobody answered your original query.

You should go to the appropriate user.txt in the ghorsave directory, find the ghorkov vehicle/building IDs, and change disable = 6 to enable = 6 for all of them. All done.

You can, but you only get to keep units/buildings that actually belong to the ghorkovs though.

You can alternatively edit an .rst file of the level you're playing, enable everything, restart the level, and you'll get everything, but you'll only be able to keep non-ghorkov things for that level.

that is, if i edit a .rst file, i only can use units/buildings that do not belong of ghorkov, like weasel or falcon, from resistance right?

You can do... a lot with .rst files.

You can enable Ghorkov units/buildings. They will remain enabled if you beat the level or beam out.
You can enable Resistance/Taerkasten/Mykonian/Sulgogar units/buildings. The units will only be available to you for that level. (I think you get to keep the buildings, though...)
You can change every sector to be owned by you.
You can give your host station insane levels of energy and reload rate.

So the possibilities are kind of endless here...

Yeah.....I know this....but i wanted to know if there is a way to obtain every vehicles like debug mode in resistance, but i only can do it changing disable = 6 to enable = 6 right?

copy & paste this list inside of your level file which you want to play like debug mode.
the level files are end of .LDF and named as L0606, (ex. L5858.ldf)

press Ctrl + F and find this : Prototype Enabling

and copy the list at just below of topic and you need to overlay at 'begin_enable 6' (6 is faction code number for Ghorkov)
now you have all units (you can add stuff like building = 01 , building = 02 to get entire factions buildings.) there are such of empty numbers
but they are obsolete or game material for action. you can open the level file with notepad or something can read the text file.
