I will now admit defeat as I can no longer hide it any more. This is one of my other favorites:

I'm also a member on Subsim under the alias of Kamikaze Krazy. You can find me here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/index.php

I'm also the commander of the U.S.S. Swordfish (SS-193), which is a Sargo class submarine. I sank about 150,000 tons of enemy shipping so far. However, I just got a new command on April 15, 1943, the U.S.S. Drum (SS-228) which is a Gato class submarine. I'm currently on patrol around the Solomon Islands area as of now.

Good? GOOD?! Why, it's one of the most spectacular games ever made! :D I absolutely and positively love it! BTW, are you a member of Subsim? The reason why I ask is probably because of your name.

Anyway, I missed the battle of the Coral Sea and the Battle of Midway. It really made my blood boil! :x  I was so mad at myself for missing those battles. But my luck turned for the better when I was able to attack an enemy task force that I believe was part of the invasion fleet for the Battle of Guadalcanal! :) On October 10, 1942, I managed to sink 1 heavy cruiser and 2 escort aircraft carriers. I then proceeded to a submarine tender in a small cove at Florida island located about 10 miles due North of Guadalcanal, yet about 20-30 miles South-East of Santa Isabel in the Solomon Islands archipelago.

Here is a pic roughly of where the sub tender is:

It is about where it says: Cavulu Tanambogo. By the time I got down there, the battle was over. I was also glad that the second task force wasn't protected by anti-sub nets. But the worst is the mine fields. If you touch one of those, your sub is going down... and it won't be coming back up again. :woah:
