RELEASE MYKONIAN INVASION DIVISION [MID]

For those of us who are curious and like to poke around in the game's data files and scripts as well as glitching. Caters to anything from unit/building stats to level data to telling how to glitch and stories of game errors.

also clueless what causes this,
maybe some laternations to something, but right now im pretty clueless.

It's probably because of Virutalbox display driver and software mode.
on the map caldera. After I upgrade the RDR. it hase 255% armor! . is that a mistake or it was intended to be like that?

Nope radar should be in the end levels at about 15 %.
Riught palette issue could be something. Yet I don'T know how to solve stuff like that.

Anyoneelse expierncing problems?

The new units like cysus should have the own icon - like a reverse airprism.

Ye Custom these sprite/icon errors are the result of using the "Software" option in-game. Using custom graphics such as icons causes them to get screwed up when software mode is active since it doesn't use true 256 colors. Set the option to "Primary Display Driver" and that should fix it.

Sadly, there is no Primary Display Driver in Virtualbox. All I can get is software mode.

Interesting... I have noticed this as well when I made my own custom sky textures quite a long time ago (It was a nice purple-looking sky but in-game Software rendering mode displayed a myriad of orange and cyan coloured visual artifacts stained all over the skybox).

In my experience, there is also the rare case where this problem occurs in inversed manner (Totally opposite; textures work fine in Software mode, but get distorted in Primary Display Driver mode). Although that was a hardware dependant issue.

Good to know about that color issue. I've never thought that as I do not usually use software rendering.

How about VBox guest additions?


I've found these two bugs so far:

-Default save is missing/has wrong name and causes crash on startup. Pretty easy to fix (change save name or edit user.def).

-Level 02 is inaccessible as it is not a target of any beam gate.
