There is no modifier in the next level i tested (Pedestal Mountain).
I didnt reload a save of that level.

Yes,i noticed that the voice does not play when you make a combined upgrade,even when you put 6 on the type line:

Yesterday i was working on the "Destroyed Fort" level of TROTR Mod and i found a bug on a Tech Upgrade. Before i reworked that level it had the Firefly, but after i reworked the level i removed the Firefly and put the Flak Station 1 technology instead.Then when i tested the level i played it normall...

There IS a proper way to install it,you can ask MarioSDUX (MarioSDU6/SDU7) or anybody else to tell you how to install a mod.
