4th Host Station Energy Battery

As we know, in the early development versions of UA the host stations originally had the additional 'construction' energy battery that was exclusively used for constructing buildings; technically separated from the unit creation energy battery that was initially used only for manufacturing vehicles....

The initial reduction of cost allows the AI to quickly create a decent army to defend itself or attack during the early stages of play, or when it's being heavily attacked. Is this necessary? Wow, this is very impressive GoldStar! :D Writing an external program that can read and convert UA data/logic structures visually wouldn't have been an easy task.
